About Nina
Founder & Teacher
I'm the owner and head instructor of Arc Pilates in Northbrook, where I live with my husband and two children. With over 5 years of experience as a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Teacher, I bring a blend of expertise, creativity, and a passion for helping others move better and feel stronger.
My journey into Pilates began after a minor injury led me to seek a low-impact way to regain strength and mobility. What started as a path to recovery quickly turned into a love for the practice, drawn to the seamless combination of fluid movement, resistance work, and the mental clarity Pilates cultivates.
To deepen my understanding and share this transformative method with others, I completed the Balanced Body Instructor Program in Southern California. After relocating back to the Midwest and teaching over a thousand classes, I opened Arc Pilates to offer a space where I can share my creative approach to Pilates with the community.
In addition to Pilates, I enjoys weight training, tennis, and running, using Pilates as a key element to balance and enhance my overall fitness practice.
