Beginners

Learn and explore the foundational reformer exercises.
This class emphasizes proper technique to help build a solid foundation to further your pilates practice.
Clients must be able to move themselves throughout the class without assistance.
Reformer 2
Intermediate-Advanced
Full Body Strength +Mobility
This class is designed for those who are already proficient in the basics of reformer pilates
and want to take their practice to the next level.
This is a faster paced class and moves clients through more complex movements,
requiring a higher level of body awareness and precision.
Jumpboard
All-levels
Full Body Strength + Mobility
This class is designed to use the jumpboard for low-impact jumping.
Each jump series will alternate between sets of reformer exercises to increase power and coordination.
Students are recommended to have done several Reformer 1 classes to be familiar with the equipment.
Reformer 70+
Seniors
Multi-level
Full Body Strength + Mobility
This specialized reformer class is designed for age 70+,
focusing on gentle and effective movements to enhance flexibility, mobility, and strength.
Tailored to the unique needs of an older adult, challenging their bodies in a safe and supportive environment.
•All of our group classes are a maximum of 4 guests.
